Nurse Biome™ is an educational platform designed to support nursing students in their academic journey. All content — including AI-generated explanations, practice questions, skill guides, flashcards, study plans, and concept maps — is for educational purposes only.
Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, professional nursing practice recommendations, or a guarantee of exam success or licensure outcomes. Always follow your nursing instructors, school policies, and licensed clinical professionals for real-world care decisions.
Nurse Biome™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any nursing school, hospital, clinical organization, or licensing body.
NCLEX® is a registered trademark of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). Nurse Biome™ LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSBN. References to "NCLEX®-style" or "NCLEX®-level" content describe the format and complexity of our educational practice questions and are used solely for descriptive purposes.
Nurse Biome™ includes adaptive and AI-assisted educational tools designed to support nursing learning and clinical reasoning development. These tools generate educational content including tutor responses, practice question rationales, flashcards, study plans, and teach-back feedback.
While the platform is designed to improve understanding and decision-making, users should independently verify critical information and follow the guidance of their instructors, clinical educators, employers, and applicable professional standards. Content generated within the platform may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional instruction, clinical judgment, or medical advice.
By using Nurse Biome™, you acknowledge that AI-assisted content is a study aid and not a substitute for professional nursing education or clinical judgment.
Nurse Biome™ currently offers a limited Founding Member subscription rate. By subscribing at the Founding Member rate, you lock in your current price for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If you cancel and re-subscribe, standard pricing at the time of re-subscription will apply.
Subscriptions are billed on the cycle you select (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us (or Apple, for iOS in-app purchases) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. To cancel a web subscription, contact us at nursebiome@gmail.com. To cancel an Apple In-App Purchase subscription, manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
Refunds for web-based subscriptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact nursebiome@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge to request a refund consideration. For Apple In-App Purchases, refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies.
If you purchased a subscription through Apple's App Store and do not see your subscription reflected in the app, use the "Restore Purchases" option available in the app's Profile or Settings screen. This restores your Apple In-App Purchase subscription without charging you again.
All content on Nurse Biome™ — including text, graphics, logos, AI-generated materials, question banks, skill templates, and software code — is the property of Nurse Biome™ LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account). This permanently deletes your profile, learning history, and associated data. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Nurse Biome™ platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of security vulnerabilities, or that the content is always current, complete, or clinically accurate. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nurse Biome™ LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Nurse Biome™ LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the platform. Continued use of Nurse Biome™ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
